Mizpah University was established by Mizpah Foundations in Kerala in 2015 for higher theological and counseling education. The university began to function officially with the relevant courses in 2023. .Earlier, it was functioning as Mizpah College. MU was established by a group of Christian leaders who felt the need for a Christian theological university. This institution's sole purpose is to train men and women for the ministry of the gospel in different levels. Even the lay people also join to study God’s eternal word systematically.
This university is focused on Christian theological and counseling studies. MU is a seat of global learning that offers rich opportunities for innovative teaching-learning, creativity, and research across disciplines. MU provides students not only ‘education for living and livelihood’ but also ‘education for life’ service opportunities and empowers learners with a fundamental foundation in Christian leadership and ministerial skills to face challenges. It aims to bring about the transformation of society through value-based theological education, man-making, and nation-building with Bible.
Our target is that every individual should involve carrying the salvation of our Lord Jesus Christ to the entire world. MU is a fundamental, evangelical, Pentecostal, multiracial multicultural, and interdenominational community of God’s people who are dedicated and committed to being disciples of Christ and making him known in the world. We realize the need for Christ—like servants all over the world. We are determined to build up such spirit-led, scholarly men and women of God. Our distinctive academic programs help you reach your life goal with full confidence in the dispensation of grace. This is also developing leadership qualities, academic excellence, counseling skills, and Christian Biblical Spiritual Vibrancy.
